We have matched these little chess pieces with an excellent quality chess board produced by Rechapados Ferrer of Spain, a reputable chess board manufacturer. Using quality walnut and maple veneered construction and modern fabrication techniques, they have produced a chess board with sharp lines, meticulous detailing and a modern look with clean lines.

This lovely little chess board is also a perfect companion for our hand-crafted, solid sheesham and boxwood checkers box set. The hinged box is constructed from solid sheesham, wax-polished and lined with green felt. The hidden magnetic closure allows for clean lines on the box. The checkers pieces themselves are constructed from solid boxwood and ebonized boxwood and are naturally wax-polished.

While your checkers pieces are in play, we have also included a chess piece storage case. This simple yet elegant wooden box is the perfect place to store your chess pieces. Crafted in Europe from birchwood, this box is of excellent quality.
