The chess pieces are crafted by hand from solid red and white alabaster and are highly polished. This luxury Italian chess set is great to play on and equally delightful to admire.

Please note that alabaster is a natural material, not manufactured and as such may have speckles and marks that look like flaws but are actually natural peculiarities of the stone.
