Another welcome addition to our expanding backgammon range is this briefcase-style set. Supplied by the world-famous Italfama of Italy, the quality and value of this set are exceptional.

The briefcase-style design with a handle, combined with its slightly smaller-than-average size, makes this a practical set for travel and playing on the go. Despite its very reasonable price, the set has a luxurious look and feel with its black leatherette handle and covering. The robust chrome-effect closing mechanism with two clasps keeps the case securely closed when not in use. Against the black carbon-effect leatherette, these fittings enhance the luxurious aura.

Inside, the playing field is also made from leatherette, resulting in a quieter playing surface compared with wood. The main playing surface is a tan color, and the expertly placed points in black and white beautifully complement it.

The playing stones are acrylic with a mother-of-pearl effect and can be stored, when not in play, in the handy stone holders inside the case. To complete the set, it includes 4 dice, a doubling cube, and lined dice cups.
