Beautifully finished, high-gloss lacquered, large chess board produced by the renowned Spanish chess board maker Rechapados Ferrer. Gray ash burl and maple veneer construction is used throughout. The chess board's base is also constructed from quality wood veneer.

Modern fabrication techniques produce a chess board with clean lines and meticulous attention to detail. The ash has a beautiful marbled burl grain that appears to move in changing light. This chess board is perfect for use with ebony or rosewood chess pieces with a king height of 3.7 inches.
